Recently, 2017-year research program reviews of Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province are released. The college has 21 programs sponsored, including 10 generalprograms, 3 youth funds, 5 doctoral funds and 3 joint programs. We are sponsored with 2.65 million RMB in total. In addition, we have made a great progress in both program numbers and research funds.
Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province is established to solidify fundamental research. In 2017, Shandong province initially set up provincial key fundamental research programs. Program support is taking turn to favor basical research field.
In this year, the college applies for 37 programs.( including 1 natural science fund for distinguished young scholars, 20 generalprograms, 3 youth funds, 13 doctoral funds.) The application period is from 22nd. Jan to 27th. Feb which is during the whole winter holiday. College overcame many difficulties to help each applicant finish their applications. Finally, funds application work is done well without any mistakes.
In this year, university has 101 programs been supported, including 1 natural science fund for distinguished young scholars,1 major program, 41 general programs, 9 youth funds, 34 doctoral funds,14 joint programs and 1 cultivation program, The total amount of money is 12.17 billion RMB.
