研究方向

分子筛催化;绿色化学;催化新材料;绿色化学品合成;催化反应机理研究。

 

1)机械压力调控活性位形成及其间接氧化羰基化合成碳酸二甲酯

工业上主要关注催化剂成型过程对催化剂机械强度的影响,实际上成型过程将极大的改变催化剂的活性位。本研究发现,羰基合成碳酸二甲酯的选择性对催化剂的成型压力非常敏感,合适的成型压力是获得高碳酸二甲酯选择性的关键,进一步研究发现,成型压力能够调控Pd活性位的形成,改变Pd物种在分子筛内的分布,调节价态Pd物种的比例。该研究工作为羰基合成碳酸二甲酯催化剂的工业应用提供了一定的理论指导。相关工作发表在:

2Pd基分子筛催化剂的制备及羰基合成碳酸二甲酯

碳酸二甲酯(Dimethyl carbonateDMC)是一种重要的环保型化工原料,能够用来生产聚碳酸酯、异氰酸酯、烯丙基二甘醇碳酸酯、医药、除垢剂、农药等,用途十分广泛。制备了EMT分子筛负载Pd催化剂,发现Pd/EMT催化剂对合成碳酸二甲酯具有优异的稳定性,这主要得益于Pd团簇与EMT分子筛骨架较强的相互作用,抑制了Pd团簇的烧结,从而稳定了Pd2+活性位。相关结果已发表在:

3整装金属Al-fibera-Al2O3的低温制备及其负载Pd催化合成碳酸二甲酯

以薄层铝纤维Al-fiber为载体,通过金属与水蒸气的氧化反应(2Al + 4H2O ® 2AlOOH + 3H2)在Al-fiber表面生长了一层拟薄水铝石纳米片,然后通过低温焙烧(800 oC),制备出a-Al2O3(壳)-Al-fiber(核)的复合材料。该整装a-Al2O3/Al-fiber复合材料有效结合了三维网络Al-fiber强化传递、低压降与纳米片a-Al2O3、复杂表面形貌的优势。直接以a-Al2O3/Al-fiber为载体制备了Pd/a-Al2O3/Al-fiber催化剂,对合成草酸二甲酯表现出优异催化性能。流体力学软件Fluent计算表明,Pd/a-Al2O3/Al-fiber催化剂能够及时将羰基合成草酸二甲酯放出的热量传递出去,其催化剂床层温升要明显低于颗粒填充床。相关工作发表在:
