2.石油化工过程模型化、多目标优化与多维度评价方法 以工业数据或中试数据为基础,建立了催化裂解和加氢裂化路线的过程模型,并提出了将其转化为过程模型的方法,实现了跨装置、集成度高、多循环物流的多单元过程组合加工路线在全局范围内的整体优化计算,为其他重油加工路线的模型化提供重要的借鉴。基于化工技术经济学理论与生命周期环境影响,提出了将经济、环保、社会与生命周期评价法相结合的生命周期社会环境模型。应用该模型对催化裂解与加氢裂化路线进行综合分析。相关结果已发表在Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research, 2020, 59, 20086–20101.
